About the Founder

Tarek Ammourah is the Founder and Managing Director of Tarek Ammourah LLC FZ, a Dubai-based Arabic–English language partner supporting corporates, consultancies, financial institutions, and government entities across the GCC.

With a professional background spanning banking, compliance, and corporate operations, Tarek brings a deep understanding of the environments in which high-stakes content is created, reviewed, and presented. This experience directly informs the firm's approach to translation, ensuring that language is not only accurate, but aligned with the expectations of regulators, boards, investors, and senior stakeholders.

Prior to establishing the firm, Tarek held senior roles in banking and compliance, where he was responsible for regulatory frameworks, corporate client relationships, and operational oversight. This foundation enables him to approach translation as a business-critical function, particularly in areas such as financial reporting, ESG disclosures, governance documentation, and tender submissions.

Today, he leads a team delivering Arabic–English language support across annual reports, sustainability reports, policies and procedures, audit and compliance documentation, and investor-facing materials for clients across the region.
